Catching up on projects: Gizmo beads

Another continuation of the Ode to past pets project this time designed from the fur colour and texture of Gizmo the guinea pig. I also included the detail of his pink eyes with white fur around it. 

Thee smooth beads below are an experiment of mixing the fur colours together, because they are smother they can be smaller as I do not have to add detail to them. 

Catching up on projects: Left over clay beads

 These are just small, smooth beads made from left over clay, so it wouldn't be wasted, it was also a slight experiment in swirling the colours together. 

Catching up on projects: Tufty bead

 A continuation of the ode to past pets project, this was designed and made by the markings and texture of Tufty the guinea pigs fur. The larger ball is like a stone to hold in your hand/ display somewhere. The texture of the ridges of the clay gives you something to concentrate on when picking the object. The beads are a little bulkier than I would have like but, for the patterns and texture to be more accurate that was needed.
